Assured Projects provides the opportunity for selected investors to participate in joint venture residential property development projects. Assured Projects manages the project from start to finish. Investors contribute the capital funds, loan servicing required and the guarantee for the bank finance. The cash on cash returns are much higher than other comparable investment opportunities. The profits are shared between Assured Projects and the investor.

There are two types of investors who participate in the development project:

• Capital Investors – provide the capital funds required for the development project in return for a percentage share of the end profit.
• Servicing Investors – provide the loan servicing ability to obtain the bank finance required for the project, as well as a personal guarantee for that debt. These Investors do not contribute any funds to the project unless they choose to also be Capital Investors.

The ideal Investor will have both Capital Funds and Servicing Capacity for bank Finance.

Assured Projects will undertake the management activities of the project from commencement to completion, including:

• Investor on-boarding and JV formation
• Market research and site acquisition
• Project management of the development
• Sales and marketing activities
